We offer a variety of classes, in two different presentation methods so that you can pick the class that fits your style and your schedule.

WebEx courses are available for our customers free of charge. We want you to get the most out of your solution. If you need private training, tailored to your company, please contact your Client Services Manager to discuss your needs.

Easy access to the right class
Finding the classes you need is simple. Categories include Getting Started, Using WebEx with Confidence, Mastering Tools & Techniques, Supporting WebEx. You can quickly find the class you need, targeted to your experience level, by browsing through our catalog and WebEx University online.

Specialized programs
In addition to our standard course offerings, we can customize and host training programs to meet the needs of your organization. Choose the class that's right for you:
  • Training Center Consultative Services (TCCS) —Training Center Consultative Services (TCCS) is a grouping of 'pre', during, and 'post' session services, intended to help "jumpstart" the successful delivery of a Training Center Session. The end-to-end offering includes a Consultation, Dry Run, Assisted Training session, and Post-session debrief. This comprehensive program is intended to support a 1-hour Training Center Session.
