Prior to running the installer please exit any active WebEx sessions, and close all browsers.
After clicking “Install Update Now” you will be prompted to run or save the file. Please select “Save” and download the MSI update to your desktop or another location on your local system. You can alternatively select the “Run” option to start the installation without saving the file to your local system.

Double click on the file labeled wbxNewGPC that has been downloaded to your desktop or from the alternative location you saved the file. This will initialize the installation of the update.
Select “Next” after the Welcome to the InstallShield Wizard for the WebEx GPC Package dialog box appears.

Next you will be prompted to review the License Agreement for the update. After reviewing this agreement please select the radio button next to “I accept the terms in the license agreement” and then select the “Next” button to proceed with the installation.
When the next window appears please select the “Install” button to start the installation.
During the installation of the update another status window will appear. The installer will proceed to the next window automatically.
When the InstallShield Wizard has successfully installed the update please select the “Finish” button to complete the installation.
