- Download the Cisco WebEx Meeting Center application from the Apple AppStore for free
- Click on the url in the “To join this meeting” section in the WebEx invitation email.
- Follow the instructions that appear on your screen to join the teleconference.
- Go to the iPhone Home screen and tap on the WebEx Meet icon to join the Web portion of the meeting.
You can also join a meeting by launching the app and entering the WebEx meeting number or by clicking the url in the calendar invitation.
- Is it free to attend a meeting on the iPhone?

Yes, there is no cost to download the WebEx Meeting Center application on the iPhone, or to attend any WebEx meetings you’ve been invited to join. Regular telephony/phone charges still apply, please check with your carrier for more information.
To schedule, start and cancel a meeting and to invite attendees before and during the meeting, you need a host account by subscribing to a WebEx account.

If you have a WebEx host account, you can attend schedule a WebEx meeting and invite attendees to your meeting. First, enter your WebEx account information on the Profile page in the iPhone application. Then from the My Meeting list, click on the "+" button in the upper right hand corner. After scheduling a meeting, you can start, invite and cancel the meeting. You can also invitee attendees during the meeting.

You can view a presentation shared from another computer, but presenting from the iPhone is not supported. If you are a host of the meeting, you can start your meeting from the iPhone and then assign presenter privileges to one of the attendees who joined on a computer.

iPhone OS 2.0 and above; active cellular or WiFi connection (the application will not function in Flight Mode).

Yes, this application works wherever iPhones are supported and 3G / WiFi networks are available. Besides English, WebEx Meeting Center on the iPhone is localized in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean. For other iPhone language settings the application will appear in English.
- Does the WebEx Meeting Center application for Apple iPhone also work on Apple iPod Touch?

Yes. An attendee can join the web portion of the meeting on an Apple iPod touch on WiFi, but will need to join the audio portion from a phone.
