CMC to Offer Outsourced System Management Services to Global Customers Using WebEx System Management Services Solution

NEW DELHI, March 9, 2006—WebEx Communications (Nasdaq: WEBX), the leading provider of on-demand collaborative business applications, and CMC Limited, a leading IT solutions company and a subsidiary of TCS Limited (Tata Consultancy Services Limited), today announced that they have entered into a strategic alliance to expand the use of WebEx collaborative business solutions in the Indian market. Under the agreement, CMC will market, sell and support the WebEx solutions suite to its customers in India.

With 18 offices, 150 service locations and over 3,500 employees worldwide, CMC provides a wide spectrum of unique information technology (IT) solutions and services to a clientele of premier organizations in the government and private sectors. Under the agreement CMC will market, sell and support the full suite of WebEx collaborative solutions to its customers in both the public and private sectors in India.

Separately, CMC also announced today that it would begin offering complete outsourced systems management services based on the new WebEx System Management Services solution. CMC will leverage its skilled IT resources to provide large-scale remote desktop management services to its global customers.
