WebEx Recognized as a Leader in Web Conferencing by Independent Research Firm

Comprehensive Report Gives WebEx Meeting Center Top Scores for Consistent High Performance, Coupled with the Breadth and Depth of the overall Product

SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 26, 2006— WebEx (Nasdaq: WEBX), a leading provider of on-demand collaborative business applications, today announced that Forrester Research has placed WebEx in the top spot in its new report, Forrester Wave: Web Conferencing, Q2 2006. In the evaluation, WebEx ranked number one in all three categories garnering top scores for product offering, strategy and market presence.

“WebEx is moving aggressively into integration with core business processes,” writes Claire Schooley, Forrester research analyst and author of the report “It does not see its conferencing product as a standalone application, but rather as one that enhances workers’ productivity and is easily accessible from whatever applications they are in.” 1

The report continues, “The product provides strong integration at many levels. It supports meeting notification in Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, launching IM meetings from within Microsoft applications, and integration with both enterprise management systems and user management systems.” 2
