• Proactive analysis of performance— GlobalWatch lets you proactively monitor and analyze performance of your WebEx meetings. You can even set performance thresholds and receive email alerts at key trigger points.
• Easy access to real-time and historical meeting data— Analyze the performance of meetings in real-time or after attendees report problems in a completed meeting. Reports are available within the GlobalWatch UI or you can download them in CSV format.
• Rules-based user accounts— Let different admin users view only the segments of meeting data you want them to see. (Meeting content is never visible or accessible through GlobalWatch.)
• Visual review of attendees and trouble-spots— See who's in any meeting at a given time or review all attendees of a meeting. Spot meeting trouble before waiting for your users to comment.
