Successful organizations understand that getting and staying on top means developing the capabilities of their employees, not just for a handful of high achievers or underperformers, but for those at all levels. It goes without saying that implementing such a far-reaching, enterprise-wide learning strategy can be difficult and expensive. Via capability transfer, which leverages licensing as a business and learning strategy, organizations can further develop a proficient, self-sufficient and impactful delivery team able to cost-effectively implement field-proven, results-oriented content. During this interactive Chief Learning Officer magazine Webinar, Gabriella Salvatore, managing director of Vantage Partners' corporate education business and one of Training Magazine's Young Trainers of the Year, will share key insights from a Vantage-CLO magazine joint study on the impact and value of licensing.
