The cry today is for collaboration and teamwork, the backbone of which is the team. Teams are the way work gets done in an organization, yet most teams do not reach their potential. Your organization needs processes that can jump start new teams, breath life into existing teams, and develop leaders who can dramatically impact team success.
This session focuses on the Team Performance Process which is a systematic approach to building performance in a team setting. It includes building or identifying gaps in the team's charter, understanding the journey toward high performance, assessing and meeting the team's needs, and utilizing practical strategies for maintaining excellence.
Join Dr. Eunice Parisi-Carew as she provides a road map toward high performance along with strategies to sustain that performance. The outcomes you can expect are higher quality results and actively engaged team members.
