Using WebEx Support Center, the professional services team enabled their field staff to remotely deliver the same high quality services they deliver through on-site visits, resulting in improved customer satisfaction, reduced time and reduced travel. The learning technologies team use WebEx Training Center to reduce travel to training courses and overall carbon impact, while at the same time improving productivity by making sure their people spent less time in class and more time in the field. In addition WebEx Meeting Center and WebEx Event Center allow IKON to hold company meetings and events and reduce the need for everyone to travel to the same location.
