By adding Cisco Webex + Webex Teams Productivity Tools, you can quickly launch or add meetings — right from Outlook.

To add the newest productivity tools, let’s first check to see if you have the older version installed.

To uninstall your older Webex productivity tools, go here for Windows or here for Macs

Now you’re ready to install your new productivity tools. To do this, sign in to your account

After you bring up your new version of Cisco Webex + Webex Teams, click Meeting Center.

Next, click Support and then Downloads.

After that, click Webex Productivity Tools.

Select your operating system.
