A host license gets you access to paid features. So first, you pick your plan—then get a host license for each person who needs to use your paid Webex Meetings plan. Anyone can join a Webex meeting as a Participant, they don’t need a Webex Meetings host license to attend a meeting. When you have a Webex Meetings host license, you can host meetings with up to 100 participants on the Starter and Plus plans and up to 200 participants on the Business plan. Purchasing more than one host license allows your organization to host meetings simultaneously. For example, one license allows one hosted meeting at once, two licenses allow two hosted meetings at once, and three licenses three hosted meetings at once, etc.
