With the Call Me add-on, a Webex Meeting can “call you” when you join using your phone. Save yourself the time it takes to dial the meeting number while saving money on tolls. Calling into a meeting is also a better option for when you may not have a great internet connection. Call Me makes your meetings less complicated, less costly, and less choppy.

No, we don’t take your credit card or any payment details when you sign up for a free plan. It will always be free, and you never have to worry about any surprise charges. When you’re ready to upgrade to a paid Webex plan, then you can enter a credit card.
Voice over Internet Protocols (VoIP) is the technology that converts your voice into a digital signal. This allows you to talk to others over the internet without the use of a phone. Webex Meetings uses VoIP to let you call into a meeting using your computer. With a paid plan, you are also able to dial into a meeting using your phone.
A host license gets you access to paid features. So first, you pick your plan—then get a host license for each person who needs to use your paid Webex plan. Anyone can join a Webex meeting as a participant, they don’t need a host license to attend a meeting.
Buying more than one host license allows your organization to host multiple meetings at the same time. One host license allows for one hosted meeting, two licenses allow for two hosted meetings, etc.

Basic and Meet Plans include the ability to call anyone with a Webex account. The Call Plan, in addition to calls made to Webex accounts, also enables you to call anyone with a domestic or international phone number (billed per minute). The Call Plan also includes call waiting, call forwarding, call holding and transferring, and visual voicemail. You can also take advantage of more advanced calling features like number extensions, phone menus to route calls, and more.
The Call Plan offers the most flexible calling features and functionality you’d expect in a seamless collaboration experience. You’ll be able to call anyone with unlimited long-distance and international long-distance (billed per minute). When complemented with the Meet Plan, you’ll be able to elevate your call to a full-featured meeting, taking advantage of recording transcriptions and recordings.
