Before my time at BancFirst, I was a senior regional network engineer for the Defense Logistics Agency, where I held a Top Secret security clearance and managed projects from coast to coast and beyond. I’ve also had the pleasure of working with Presidio Solutions and gaining partner level expertise in data center, wireless technologies and telecommunications. On a personal note, I’m happily married to my wife, Ashley going on 10 years, and we have three amazing kids. Our oldest is 19 and attending the University of Illinois, where she plays softball. Since entering the IT field in 2014-turning a mobile device repair hobby into a profession-Robert has demonstrated a clear commitment to continuous learning and adaptability. Starting as a help desk technician while simultaneously continuing the mobile repair passion, he progressed to an analyst role in 2019 and quickly advanced to Network Administrator reponsible for print management and telephony administration in 2020. Shortly after, despite having no prior voice design or engineering experience, Robert led his organization's ambitious migration from on-premises Cisco CM and UCCX to Webex Calling and Webex Contact Center. Today, he serves as the sole Voice Engineer at Brightli. At Brightli, Robert drives innovation in voice architecture and collaboration technologies, bringing passion, hands-on expertise, and real-world insight to every solution. His story is one of reinvention, resilience, and results-making him a compelling voice in modern enterprise communication.

    Dan Harren is the Director of Digital Acceleration & Initiatives at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, he leads a portfolio of high impact, regional and pan Canadian projects designed to modernize CAMH’s digital infrastructure, drive rapid technology adoption and embed data driven solutions across clinical and operational settings not just within CAMH but outside our doors as well. Dan has led a number of large-scale IT projects including the migration of CAMH’s network and infrastructure to the cloud, migrating CAMH’s clinical EMR to the cloud, advanced integrated care initiatives to improve patients’ physical and mental health outcomes, and has been a key leader supporting the deployment of tools and technologies to embed Measurement Based Care at our hospital. Dan led the rollout of the technology stack required to deploy the 9 8 8 Suicide Crisis Hotline which is a national service serving Canadians in crisis via phone or text. Dan’s team has recently begun the work to build and deploy a pan-Canadian Integrated Youth Services (IYS) federated data platform which will serve Youth, Research, and Youth Services across Canada. Dan is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to enhance access, quality and efficiency in mental health care.

Irwin has a background in IP network and security architecture, design, and operations; he advised global organizations and held direct operational responsibility for worldwide voice and data networks. Irwin holds an MBA from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Radford University, where he received a commission as a Second Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve, Ordnance Corps.
