Best practices for Meetings audio and video

It’s always good to have yourself all set up before joining a meeting. Here are some best practices to make your meetings better for everyone.

  • Take a moment to preview the video feed and make sure your lighting is sufficient, and surroundings are clear of anything you don't want other guests to see.
  • We recommend using a headset to reduce distractions for you and keep background noise from disrupting the meeting.
  • Mute your microphone in meetings when you’re not speaking to avoid distractions or interruptions to the meeting.
