Q: What is a host license?
A: The host is any individual who may schedule and conduct Webex meetings. The username and password for the account are specifically tied to an individual license.
Q: In which countries can I join using toll dial-in for Webex Meetings?
A: You can join meetings from anywhere using VoIP (Voice over IP) on your Internet-connected device. For your convenience, we also offer toll dial-in numbers in the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Panama, Peru, Poland, Puerto Rico, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Q: When does this promotion end?

Q: What if my country isn’t listed in the drop-down menu to purchase online?
A: Unfortunately, there are a few countries we are unable to offer this promotion in at this time. Please contact sales for more information.
Q: If I cancel the monthly plan during the first 30 days will I get charged?
A: No. If you sign up for a monthly plan with this promotion, you’ll pay $0 for the first month, and billing will begin the second month. If you cancel before the first 30 days are up, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and you will incur no charges.
Q: What happens if I cancel the annual plan after 4 months?
A: When you purchase an annual plan, you pay the entire yearly discounted rate (8 months total). If you cancel any time in that year, you can still use the service until the end of the annual term. At the end of the year you will then be downgraded to the Free plan and you will not be charged again.
Q: Do I have to enter credit card information?
A: To sign up for the Free plan, no credit card information is required. However, to purchase either a monthly or yearly plan, you will need to enter your payment details. The payment method you enter will be charged recurrently until you cancel.
Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: We accept credit cards and PayPal. You’ll see a list of the payment methods we accept in the shopping cart when you enter your billing information. Our servers encrypt all information submitted to them, so you can be confident that your payment information will be kept safe and secure.
Q: If I need more then 1 host license which plan is best for me?
A: If your organization needs more than 1 host license you will need to sign up for one of our paid plans. You can choose between three plans: Starter, Plus or Business.
Q: Why would I need more than one host license?
A: Purchasing more than one host license allows your organization to host meetings simultaneously. For example, one license allows one hosted meeting at once, two licenses allow two hosted meetings at once, and three licenses three hosted meetings at once, etc.
