Health and safety
Webex is pleased to offer the opportunity for you to attend the Elton John Concert. Health and safety protocols will be in place to help ensure a safe and secure environment. Please carefully read and acknowledge the following protocols that will be in place to mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. Webex and organizers of the concert are working in close coordination with local and state authorities and will follow all required COVID-19 health & safety guidelines in place at the time of the event to offer a safe experience.

By registering for the Elton John Concert, you are agreeing to:
- Not attend if experiencing illness symptoms
- Comply with all event health & safety standards in place
- Answer screening questions on symptoms of/exposure to COVID-19 and leaving if asked to do so
- If I develop symptoms of COVID-19 while at the festival, reach out in confidence to Cisco’s Event Health & Safety Advisor present or cce-casemgrs@cisco.com so appropriate mitigating action can be taken

You will receive an email the week of the event with further instructions.

The following is not included as part of your registration:
- Airfare
- Ground transportation cost to/from stadium
- Parking at the stadium

Is there parking available?
Yes but is at your own expense. Parking lots associated with Levi’s Stadium are scheduled to open 3.5 hours prior to the start of the event. For a map and more parking information please click here

What time should I arrive?
We recommend VIP ticket holders to check-in by 6 p.m. PST. The concert starts at 8 p.m. PST with an anticipated end time at 11 p.m. PST.

What should I wear?
We recommend business-casual for the evening.
General Information
Outside food and beverage: No outside food or beverages will be allowed into the venue. Complimentary, premium food and beverage will be available in the Webex VIP suite.
Venue policies
Levi’s® Stadium prohibits all bags, backpacks and other carriers from being brought into the stadium with the following exceptions: Approved clear bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. These include clear backpacks, fanny packs, purses, one-gallon clear plastic zip lock type bags, small clutch bags (the size of an adult hand [4.5" x 6.5"] and seat cushions. Please note, the stadium bag policy will be enforced. All approved bags are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium. Guests with bags or items that do not satisfy the Levi’s® Stadium Bag Policy are encouraged to return their bags or items to their vehicle. Note: Cisco policy supersedes the general age stadium requirement in order to participate as a VIP hosted customer + guest at the Elton John concert experience.
