Elevating our game.

From the boardroom to global tournaments, the Webex portfolio has transformed how the PGA operates. The team now collaborates seamlessly using the Webex Suite, and a range of devices, staying connected anywhere—even out on the course—all without the disruption of background noise.

Driving efficiency in every stroke.

With powerful AI features integrated into both the suite and devices, Webex is doubling the team’s efficiency. Real-Time Translation breaks down language barriers, enabling the PGA to collaborate seamlessly with global tours. People Focus ensures that all voices are seen and heard equally, regardless of location.

Breaking boundaries.

Webex is empowering the PGA to achieve what was previously unimaginable in the sport. The PGA also utilizes Webex Events for member events, player mentoring and development, and during tournaments to engage fans and media, redefining the tournament experience.

How the PGA of Australia is realizing its vision.

Changing the sport of golf.

Challenges

The PGA set out on a mission, with two objectives in mind: to improve the way they worked and to redefine the sport of golf. To revolutionize their methods and reshape the landscape of golf as a sport itself. Traditionally a sport which had seen very little change, the PGA sought to promote inclusivity throughout all facets of the sport; from their workspaces to the tournaments.

Solutions

Through its mutual commitment to inclusivity as evident in every product design, Webex was the ideal collaboration technology partner in helping the PGA realize its vision. Together, they designed flexible, hybrid workspaces at the Australian Golf Centre, and put the technology into the hands of its employees, empowering PGA staff to work flexibly from anywhere. They also launched the Webex Players Series, a groundbreaking "tournament for everyone."
