In a digital world, every customer interaction can mean the difference between creating a raving fan or an irritated customer. While businesses don’t set out to provide bad customer experiences, they often lack the technology needed to connect all the different ways that a customer can interact with them beyond the traditional contact center. Do you really know if you are creating exceptional, remarkable experiences? Join Jeetu Patel and his leadership team to see how Webex uniquely provides an end-to-end, fully programmable customer experience solution to help you answer that question.

Key takeaways:

  • Create a unique recipe that scales and future proofs your business and the ever-changing needs of your customers
  • Learn how to build a fully connected, customer journey that is omnichannel, contextual and intelligent, from end to end.
  • Hear how leading organizations like T-Mobile, Broadcom, and Rogers Communications and are transforming the way they design customer experience solutions with Webex.

In addition, we will be joined by veteran NASA astronaut, author, and artist Nicole Stott and Dr. Sian Proctor, who recently made history as the first Black female to pilot a spacecraft as part of the SpaceX Inspriation4 mission. They’ll sit down for a conversation with Webex CMO Aruna Ravichandran on why inclusivity is critical to space exploration, and share thoughts on isolation, teamwork, technology, art, space toilets, and boldly going where no one (or very few) have gone before.

The contact center’s role in delivering a connected customer experience has been amplified by the pressures of digital engagement, automation imperatives, and work from anywhere.

Customers want to engage when it matters, for example, in the middle of a shopping experience or when an item is about to be delivered. They want support on their own terms on any mode of communication. They want options for self-service or to connect with a person who is empowered with the right tools to meet their needs. And they really appreciate it when you can anticipate issues and proactively reach out to them. This is the future of customer experience.

Businesses are able to use tried-and-true AI solutions to optimize their contact center operations, handle influxes in call volume and delight their customers with seamless self-service options. Customer journeys and interactions rarely interface with only one system, but many enterprises develop applications in silos which has resulted in the proliferation of single purpose applications, resulting in duplication of developer time and effort. Having a single, central communications platform that combines APIs and low code tools with a high-performance execution engine unifies all interactions to support the customer conversation in one place. In this session we will focus on three areas - integrating with enterprise systems, tools for productivity and conversational automation - to enable you to orchestrate and automate customer journeys quickly and easily.
