Prior to Cisco, he was the Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Box, leading the company’s product strategy and vision for cloud content management in the enterprise.

Javed Khan

Javed Khan is SVP and GM of Cisco’s multi-billion-dollar Collaboration business which includes the Webex App, Webex Devices, Webex Calling, and Webex Contact Center. He brings 20+ years of enterprise and consumer product leadership to Cisco.

Previously, Javed led Cisco’s Cloud Calling business and was responsible for the strategy and execution of product management, development, and partner operations. Prior to that, he led the Webex Meetings business unit, driving many transformative initiatives including developing a single meetings platform and modernizing the Webex experience.

Javed came to Cisco from Symantec where he served as the VP of Enterprise and Consumer Security products. Javed holds an MS in Computer Science and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his family in the San Francisco Bay area.

Mr. Garner joined Chipotle in November 2015 and has been instrumental in developing Chipotle’s digital platform and the integration of technology across the organization as well as ensuring data security. Mr. Garner’s leadership has secured global recognition for Chipotle’s platforms including the award- winning Chipotle app and the brand’s loyalty program, Chipotle Rewards. In 2020, Mr. Garner was named to the CIO Hall of Fame. Prior to Chipotle, Mr. Garner worked at Starbucks Corporation for 17 years, most recently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. He led the brand’s global technology and engineering services and was responsible for creating and building the Starbucks app, loyalty program, website, and mobile payment. Before that, Mr. Garner was responsible for leading the development and deployment of technology for Wendy’s international division as well as the technology that supported Tim Hortons initial expansion into the U.S. marketplace. Mr. Garner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from The Ohio State University.

Michael began his career working at General Electric in various contract and employee roles over nine years becoming the leader of a team that installed, operated, and maintained GE Power Systems video conferencing, satellite, and cable television systems. He was the first to implement an internal webcasting network at GE, Microsoft NetMeeting network, and first Video over IP solution in Eastern Europe, allowing the company to reduce costs, decrease cycle times, and increase productivity.

Michael came to Cisco from the TANDBERG acquisition, where he worked in various technical roles for more than 8 years, designing solutions and architectures for many key customers. Michael started at Cisco as a Technical Marketing Engineer and then was promoted to Product Manager where he managed a team of PM’s. Michael moved to Webex in 2015 and worked on building-out core components—including what is now known today as the Webex Calendar Service.

She is extremely passionate about innovation and has a track record of thinking outside-the-box with the development of 10 patents over her career.

Prior to this role, Amey led Product and Program management for Microsoft's Azure cloud IaaS/PaaS services across different verticals segments including sovereign clouds and government verticals. He built Skype consumer and Skype for Business infrastructure, services and built Microsoft Teams calling and meetings from ground up and grew Teams adoption to hundreds of millions of users. He has extensive experience working at large companies as well as startups, building innovative products and bringing them to market.

Amey brings more than 20 years of experience in areas such as product management, design, cloud engineering in productivity software at Microsoft Office, natural language processing, machine learning with search and NUI experiences, hardware integration for audio and video and analytics. He has developed 20 patents over his career.

Amey has a B.Tech from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay and a Masters from North Carolina State University.

Nicole’s personal highlights include being the 10th woman in history to perform a spacewalk, living underwater as a crewmember on an 18-day saturation dive mission at the Aquarius undersea laboratory, working with her international crew in support of the multi-disciplinary science onboard the orbiting laboratory, painting a watercolor, and of course the view of Earth out the window.
