Snorre Kjesbu is Senior Vice President & General Manager of Collaboration Devices at Cisco. He is a global citizen leading a worldwide organization responsible for the collaboration devices business ranging from IP phones to immersive video systems. Snorre’s passion for design with over 20 years of engineering experience are at the core of his belief in always providing authentic user experiences.

Prior to his return to Cisco, Snorre was Executive VP of Design, Creation and Fulfillment at BANG & OLUFSEN in Copenhagen. His résumé also includes SVP at Tandberg and being responsible for R&D on wireless communication at ABB. He and his team at ABB were awarded the Wall Street Journal Innovation award for their work on wireless sensors in 2002.

Snorre holds a Master of Science from the University of Bristol and has been a guest lecturer at the Stanford Network Research Center in Stanford University. He has obtained more than 20 patents in the areas of communications and video conferencing and is on the board of directors for several IT companies. When not working, Snorre can likely be seen on a pair of skis – whether on snow or water.

Lorrissa is Senior Vice President and General Manager for Webex Calling and Contact Center. She leads a global team responsible for the future strategy and growth of both product portfolios. With the rise in hybrid work, Lorrissa is laser focused on innovation to deliver next-generation solutions with Webex.

Prior to this role, Lorrissa drove the product evolution of the Webex App. She and her team brought together best-in-class team collaboration with calling, meetings, messaging, and more—transforming the modern work experience with a single app which empowers people to work from anywhere.

Lorrissa brings more than 16 years of experience in product management, leading teams at both Cisco and Microsoft. During her career, she has contributed to productivity software, natural language processing, machine learning with search and NUI experiences, hardware development for sound and video, analytics, and business applications for human capital management. She is extremely passionate about innovation and has a track record of thinking outside the box with the development of 10 patents over her career.

Anurag Dhingra is VP and Chief Technology Officer of Cisco Collaboration. In this role, he is responsible for setting technology vision, strategy, and direction for the Webex portfolio including Meetings, Calling, Video Devices, and Team Collaboration. Additionally, he is responsible for Collaboration AI, Developer Platform, and App Integrations for Webex.

Previously, as Vice President and Head of Engineering for Webex Meetings, Anurag was responsible for delivering applications and services to power online meetings for millions of users worldwide.During his 20+ year career in the communications industry, Anurag has held various engineering leadership positions and built market leading VoIP, video, and collaboration products.Passionate about inclusion and diversity, Anurag is Executive Sponsor for Cisco's Responsible AI initiative and serves on Cisco's Human Rights Advisory Council.When he’s not obsessing about building great products, Anurag likes to explore the Bay Area biking and hiking trails with his family.

He is responsible for go to market strategy and execution for direct and indirect channels across the entire Collaboration portfolio. He also works with the global Top 20 Cisco Partners to enable them to drive strategicinitiatives across their Collaboration businesses.

Espen joined Cisco with the acquisition of Tandberg in 2010, and since then he's managed Cisco´s Video Conferencing and Telepresence business through several market transitions. When Espen isn’t passionately discussing the future of work, he enjoys spending time in the outdoors with family and friends. He holds a Master of Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and lives and works in Oslo.

Geoff Huang is VP of Product and Solutions Marketing for Webex. His expertise spans industries, from networking and security to collaboration, with a special interest in distilling complexity into simplicity. Prior to Webex, Geoff was SVP Product for Sift, a pioneer in deploying machine learning in the fight against online fraud and abuse. In his role, Geoff was responsible for product marketing, product management, and design and played a key role in creating the Digital Trust & Safety market category. Before Sift, Geoff led product and product marketing teams for companies like RingCentral, VMware, F5 Networks, and Juniper Networks, focusing on go-to-market execution. Geoff started his career as an engineer at Cisco, where he developed networking and infrastructure security products. A lifelong learner, Geoff has literature, engineering, and business degrees from UC Santa Cruz and UC Berkeley.

Jono Luk is Vice President of Product Management with Webex. This is Jono’s second tour of business with Webex! He currently runs several teams in the Webex business including the Product Management (PM) group that delivers Webex’s Contact Center and Customer Engagement offerings; the PM team focused on empowering customer administrators, Security & Compliance teams, and Cisco’s partners to deploy and manage Webex; and the PM team responsible for ensuring Webex’s solutions are available to customers across all countries/markets and government sectors. Prior to re-joining Cisco, he was VP of Product at Truveta—a Seattle healthcare technology startup seeking to save lives with data. At Truveta, Jono’s team built the core product that enabled healthcare data to be brought together from many disparate healthcare systems and sources, then harmonized and anonymized for the purposes of advanced clinical research at a scale never seen before—all while protecting patient privacy.
