IDC recently published a new IDC MarketScape: Worldwide CCaaS Applications Software 2024 Vendor Assessment, evaluating contact center vendors based on various factors including new innovations brought about by conversational, predictive, and generative AI, multichannel support, and in-product analytics.
Based on the assessment, the IDC MarketScape positioned Cisco as a Leader in the CCaaS space.
